To maintain inventory availability for future customers, we request that you make arrangements to return your formal wear and accessories the day after your event. For weekend rentals, we ask that all items are returned by Monday at the latest to avoid late fees.
If you need extra time for a cruise, honeymoon or destination wedding, we offer extended one and two week rentals. Please ask us for details.
Has there been an emergency preventing the return of your items? Please communicate your issue with us as soon as possible so that we may properly address your needs with regards to your order.
Has there been a mishap? If you purchased the Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW), we will repair damage that can be reasonably repaired through minor tailoring or dry cleaning. If you didn’t purchase ADW, if we determine that a rental is damaged beyond repair or rented items are lost or stolen you will be charged the replacement fee for the items, as outlined below.
If items are not returned in a timely fashion, we charge a $40 per day late fee. If items are not returned within 7 days of the normal return date we will assume the items to be lost or appropriated and you will be responsible for the replacement fee.
